The GoGaS overall solution is presented individually as follows:
Two LUBI Wall solar air systems, each with an area of 100 m², attached to the facade ensure energy-saving heating of the entire storage area. One square meter of LUBI Wall has a maximum output of 400 kWh / m². The efficiency is up to 80 percent. The system is EnEV-compliant and meets the requirements of the EEWärmeG. By using air as a heat transfer medium, there is no risk of frost, steam or storms.
The picking area is heated by six dark radiators in combination with the TRIGOMAX condensing system. This achieves maximum efficiency (up to 110 percent combustion efficiency) with minimum operating costs. Their maximum efficiency ensures that they are also EnEV and EEWärmeG compliant.
In the order-picking area, two additional HVLS (High Volume Low Speed) fans of the AirVolution type with a diameter of almost five meters ensure air circulation of up to 200,000 m³ per hour. The laminar circulation saves around 15 percent of energy costs - compared to a solution without ventilation. The cooling of the ceiling and the associated extension of the service life of the lighting are another positive effect of ventilation.
