Textile drying

GoGaS metal fiber burners with a knitted surface are particularly suitable for textile predrying as they are very robust against mechanical damage, vibrations or splash water. In addition, they are recommended for their extremely fast heating and cooling characteristics. This ensures absolute safety in all operating modes. In case of a machine stop or textile web standstill, a supply air and exhaust air system in addition to the fast cooling characteristic of the gas infrared heater ensures immediate cooling.

The drying capacity is flexibly adjustable due to the possibility of switching off individual heaters so that individual rows of heaters can be adapted to different widths of fabric. Besides optimizing the dyeing quality, this also results in considerable energy savings.
