Underbody burner GUB

Gas underbody burners guarantee a complete defrosting of the wagon. The burners heat the wagon bottom and also reach covered areas due to the convective heat of the exhaust fumes. A well-engineered design ensures that falling snow or ice masses will not interfere with the function and will not allow any open flames to escape to the outside.

In wagon defrosting systems with hot air, the gas underbody burners are replaced by hot air ducts.
